Reflective safeguarding supervision
We deliver safeguarding supervision to those working in frontline practice, utilising the widely recognised 4x4x4 supervision model, allowing practitioners to explore complex safeguarding cases, promoting best practice and ensuring their wellbeing.
We also provide reflective supervision sessions that support your specialist safeguarding professionals, creating psychologically safe spaces to reflect with the aim of reducing risk from emotional overwhelm and the impact of vicarious trauma.

Statutory review support
Statutory reviews (SARs, DHRs and CSPRs) are commissioned when an adult or child has died or come to harm as a result of abuse or neglect, or a death is thought to be related to domestic abuse.
We provide expert support to organisations involved in statutory review processes. Our consultancy undertakes chronologies, Individual Management Reviews (IMRs), independent analysis and learning recommendations in collaboration with the commissioner, delivering thorough, impartial evaluations that identify key learning, strengthen safeguarding practice and support agencies to contribute effectively to the statutory review process.
Golden Thread Safeguarding is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and has robust information governance processes and policies in place to ensure any information shared is received, stored and destroyed safely for your peace of mind to uphold confidentiality.
Comprehensive safeguarding training
Our expert-led training programmes are designed to equip your team with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and respond to safeguarding concerns effectively. Covering all levels, from foundational awareness to advanced practice, we ensure your staff are confident and competent in safeguarding adults, children, Children in Care and those who are care experienced.
We offer Levels 1-4 safeguarding children and adults training, including specialist topics like neglect, cumulative harm, self-neglect and domestic abuse.
Bespoke Consultancy
